Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Do you ship internationally?

Yes! I ship both within New Zealand and internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. If your country isn't listed, feel free to contact me.

Q: How is the artwork packaged?

Original paintings are carefully wrapped and boxed with protective materials to ensure they arrive safely. Prints are shipped flat or rolled in sturdy tubes, depending on their size.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

Original paintings are typically shipped within 5 business days. Prints are made to order, so please allow 7–10 business days for production plus shipping time.

Q: Can I return an artwork if I change my mind?

Unfortunately, I can’t offer returns for change of mind—especially as many pieces are originals or made-to-order prints. However, if your item arrives damaged, I’ll happily work with you to replace or refund it. See my full Returns Policy below.

Q: Are the colours in the artwork exactly like the photos?

I do my best to represent each artwork as accurately as possible, but colours may vary slightly due to screen settings or lighting. If you’d like more photos before purchasing, just ask!

Q: Do you offer custom paintings or commissions?

I sometimes accept commissions depending on my schedule. If you have something special in mind, I’d love to hear from you! Get in touch via my contact page, or email me at susanjartnz@gmail.com.

Q: Is the artwork signed?

Yes. All original paintings are signed on the front or back. Limited edition prints are signed and numbered.

Returns and Exchanges

I want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If your painting or print arrives damaged or if there's an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days of receiving it.

  • Returns are accepted for damaged or faulty items only.

  • Please email me at susanjartnz@gmail.com with details and photos of the damage.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty.

 

Custom Orders

  • Unfortunately, I cannot accept returns or exchanges on commissioned or personalised pieces unless they arrive damaged.
